     Isi tarah kisi aise ‎maqsad ke liye taaweez ya amal karna/karwaana jo ‎shariat ke khilaaf ho..naa jayez hai..
     *Jaise auratein ‎shohar apne qaabu me karne ke liye taaweez karaati ‎hain..ye shariat ke hukm ka ulta hai.*
     *Allaah ne ‎shohar ko hukm chalaane waala banaaya hai, us ko ‎apne kehne me karna aurat par haraam hai..*
     Isi tarah ‎jayez rishtedaaro ke darmyaan judaayi aur dushmani ‎ke amal aur taaweez bhi naa jayez aur gunaah hain..
     Misaal ke taur par, bhai se bhai ko juda karna.. miya-‎biwi me na ittefaaqi paida karna..Ye sab haraam aur ‎gunaah hai..Hadees me farmaaya..
     *Jo kisi biwi ko us ke shohar se bigaade ( bad gumaan kare ) wo ham me se ‎nahi.*

‎ ▪ *KHULASA..* Ye ke jis amal ya taaweez me koi baat ‎shariat ke khilaaf ho ya maqsad shariat ke khilaaf ho ‎to naa jayez hai warna jayez.
     Balke Musalmaan ko ‎nafa pahunchaane ki niyat se achchha aur sawaab ka ‎kaam hai..Hadees me hai:
‎     *Tum me se jis se ho sake apne musalmaan bhai ko ‎nafa pahunchaaye.*

▪Imaam Nawawi Sahih Muslim shareef ki sharh me ‎likhte hain..K..
     Jo dua-taaweez kaafiro ke mantaro se ho ya jinke ‎ma'na maaloom na hon wo burey aur najayez hain, ‎kyunke unke ma'na ya to kufriya ho sakte hain ya ‎kufr ke qarib, ya kam se makrooh to hai hi. Aur wo ‎dua-taaweez jo Qur'aan ki aayato aur mash-hoor ‎duao se hon to unse koi paabandi nahi, balke wo ‎sunnat se saabit hain..
     Aur usi kitaab me likhte hain ‎ke Qur'aani aayato aur Allaah ke naamo ke dua-‎taaweez ke jaayez hone par Ulama ka ittefaaq hai.
