Jo Amal Ahad e Rasulallah ﷺ mein na huwa ho ya jo amal Huzoor ﷺ ne Na kiya ho woh Najaiz aur bidat hai aur har aisa naya kaam mardood hai.
Maslan Teeja, Daswa, chaliswa, Barsi wagaira ye tamaam amal mardood aur haram wa bidat hai kyuki Huzoor ﷺ ne nahi kiya bhale hi is mein log ache amal karte hai jaise Quran padhte hai aur zikro tasbeehat padte hai.
Iski misaal ye hai ki koi shaks Namaz mein 2 ke badle 3 Sajde kare haanlaki Sajda Allah hi ke liye karta hai aur teesre sajde mein tasbihaat yaani Allah hi ka zikr karega magar teesra sajda karna haram o najaiz hoga aur uske liye gunah wa barbaadi hogi kyuki Huzoor ﷺ ne sirf 2 Sajde kiye hai aur sirf 2 sajdo ka hukm diya.
Issi tarah koi Azan mein Aakhri kalme mein Sirf "Laa ilaaha illallah" ke badle Muqammal "La ilaaha ilallah Muhamadur Rasulallah" kahe to aisa karna galat hoga kyuki Huzoor ﷺ ne sirf "La ilaaha illallah" kehne ka hukm diya hai; haanlaki woh kalme ko poora padh raha hai.
Pata chala ki har Naya amal jo Huzoor ﷺ ne nahi kiya woh bidat hai aur gumrahi hai aur namaqbool wa mardood hai. Yaani jis amal par Muhammadur Rasulallah ﷺ ki mohar na lagi ho woh Allah ke yahan qubool na hoga.

Aur Dusra amal woh hai jo Sunnat nahi magar sunnat ke khilaaf bhi nahi aur na shariat mein uski koi mumaniyat ho yaani us amal ka koi makhsoos tareeqa ya hukm na ho balki aam ho awr uski asl sunnat mein majood ho.
Namaz mein 2 Sajde aur Azan mein aakhri kalme mein sirf La ilaa ha Illallah kehna Aain sunnat se sabit hai aur uska makhsoos hukm hai. Aise amal ko badal kar alag tareeqe se karna ya us mein izafa karna Najaiz aur haram hota hai.
Magar Aisa amal jo Aain Sunnat se sabit na ho aur Na us amal ka koi makhsoos hukm ho magar woh amal Sunnat ke khilaaf bhi na ho aur na shariat mein us amal ki mumaniyat ho balki woh aam hukm ke tahat dakhil ho to aise amal ko karne mein koi harj nahi. Maslan Tarawwih ki Namaz 30 din Ba jamat adaa karna jaiz hai haanlanki Aain sunnat se sabit nahi magar Sunnat ke khilaaf bhi nahi.

🔹AB HUM BIDAT KA SAHIH MAFHOOM AAP KO BATATE HAI
Ahle ilm ke nazdeek Bidat ki istelahi tareef darj e zeel hai:
1) IMAM NAWAWI ( 631-677 HIJRI):
Bidaat ki tareef in alfaazz mein karte hai.
" Bidaat se murad aise naye kaam ki ijaad hai jo ahad e risaalat e maab mein na ho"

2) SHAYKH IBNE RAJAB HANBALI (736 - 795 h):
Bidat ki istilaahi tarref darj e zeel alfaaz mein karte hai:
"Bidat se murad hai woh naya kaam hai jis ki shariat mein koi Asl maujood na ho jo us par dalaalat kare. Lekin har woh mu'amla jis ki Asl shariat mein maujood ho woh sharan bidat nahi. Agarche woh lugwi aitebaar se bidat hoga.

3) HAFIZ IBNE HAJR ASQALANI (773-852H) :
Bidat e Hasana aur Bidat e Sayeea ki wazahat karte hue likhte hai
"Tehqeeq yeh hai ki agar bidat koi aisa kaam ho jo shariyat mein mustahasan umoor mein shumar ho to woh hasana hai aur agar woh shariyat mein na pasandida umoor mein shumaar ho to woh qabiha hogi"

👆In tarifaat se wajeh hota hai ke har naye kaam yani bidat ko Mehez naya kaam hone ki wajah se mutlaqan haram ya mamnu qarar nahi diya ja sakta balki uske jawaz ya adme jawaz ko parakhne ka paimana yeh hai ke agar woh naya kaam shariyat mein mustahasan wa mubah hai to use Bidat e Hasana kahenge aur agar woh naya kaam shariyat mein gair maqbool wa na pasandida ho to use Bidat e Sayyeya ya bidat e qabiha kahege

📗Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah رضي الله تعالى ع se riwayat hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya jo shaksh Islam mein kisi nek kaam ki buniyaad dale to uske liye uske apne amaal ka bhi sawab hai aur jo uske baad is par amal karenge un ka sawab bhi hai, bagair iske ke unke sawab mein koi kami ki jaye. Aur jisne islam mein kisi buri baat ki ibtida ki to us par uske apne amal ka gunah hai aur jo uske baad is par amal karenge unka bhi gunah hai bagair iske ke unke gunah mein kuch kami hai.

1. JAAME QURAN AUR SHAYKHAIN KA AMAL
📗HADITH:
Hazrat Umar Farooq رضي الله تعالى ع ne Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique رضي الله تعالى ع ko tazweez di ki Quran e Hakeem ek Kitabi surat mein jama kar liya jaaye.
Hazrat Siddique e Akbar رضي الله تعالى ع ne farmaya: "Main aisa kaam kaise kar sakta hu jisse Rasulallah ﷺ ne nahi farmaya"
Hazrat Umar Farooq رضي الله تعالى ع ne jawab diya: "Aye Ameer ul Momineen! Durust hai ki ye kaam Hamare Aaqa ﷺ ne Apni zahiri hayat e muqadasa mein nahi kiya lekin allah ki kasam! Bohot acha aur bhalai par mabni hai. Lihaza hame ise zaroor karna chahiye. Is behes wa tamhees ke dauran Sayedna Abu Bakr Siddiq رضي الله تعالى ع ka seena khul gaya aur katib e wahi Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit رضي الله تعالى ع is azeem kaam par mamur kiye gaye. Chunache Hazrat zaid رضي الله تعالى ع ne khujoor ki shakho, safed pattharo aur logo ke seeno se quran ko jama karna shuru kar diya aur is tarah tayyar kiye gye quran ke chand nuskhe jo Sayedna Siddiq e Akbar رضي الله تعالى ع aur Sayedna Umar Farooq رضي الله تعالى ع ke baad Ummul Momineen Sayeda Hafsa ke paas mehfooz ho gye the. Baad mein Sayedna Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى ع ne unse mangwa kar quran e hakeem dobara maujooda tarteeb mein yakja kar diya.

Hazrat Umar Farooq رضي الله تعالى ع ne logo ko Hazrat Ubay bin Kaab رضي الله تعالى ع ke peeche namaz e tarawih bajamat padhne ka hukm diya. Sahaba e kiram ko bajamat namaz e tarawih padhte dekh kar Hazrat e Umar رضي الله تعالى ع ne farmaya" YEH KITNI ACHI BIDAT HAI AUR RAAT KA WOH HISSA JIS MEIN LOG SO JATE HAI US HISSE SE BEHTAR HAI JIS MEIN WOH QAYAM KARTE HAI. "

Namaz e jumma mein khutba se pehle dusri azan Ahad e Usmani mein shuru ki gayi
Imam Bukhari likhte hai:
" Beshaq jumma ke din dusri azan ka hukm Hazrat Usman رضي الله تعالى ع ne diya jab masjid mein aane walo ki tadaad zyada ho gayi" .
